Elite members who reach a new Elite tier level through Status Match in 2026, will maintain that tier level through December 2027.

Status Match...No Catch® offer (“Offer”) is open to new and existing Best Western Rewards® members (“Members”) who reside in a participating country, territory, or region and wish to upgrade their new or existing Best Western Rewards Elite Status Membership level to a level equal to, but not higher than, their current elite tier/status level in any other competing hotel chain’s loyalty program (“Competitor Loyalty Program”). To complete the Offer, Members must provide the required information to StatusMatch@bestwestern.com. If Members have questions concerning the Offer, they should contact Best Western International, Inc.’s customer care department via telephone at 1(800) 444-7646 or email at StatusMatch@bestwestern.com.

Best Western International, Inc. will determine the equivalent Best Western Rewards Elite Status Membership level that matches the Member’s current Competitor Loyalty Program elite tier/status level, based upon a review of the number of qualifying nights required to meet the comparable elite tier/status level. Best Western Rewards Elite Status Membership levels are Gold Elite Status (awarded after five (5) qualifying nights, in one (1) calendar year), Platinum Elite Status (awarded after seven (7) qualifying nights in one (1) calendar year), Diamond Elite Status (awarded after fifteen (15) qualifying nights in one (1) calendar year), and Diamond Select Elite Status (awarded after twenty-five (25) qualifying nights in one (1) calendar year). Only elite tier/status level will be matched (competing hotel chain’s point levels will not be matched). All Best Western Rewards program rules apply. **A “qualifying night” for the purposes of this Offer is defined as any night-stay, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, a night booked through a tour operator, or a night booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards program rules for further information on eligibility criteria).
